Friday, 10 July 2015 – Bubur lambuk is very synonymous to the Ramadhan month. Recognizing this, a Bubur Lambuk Cooking Programme 2015 was successfully organised by the Sports and Welfare Club Parliament of Malaysia and in collaboration with the PUSPANITA Parliament of Malaysia on 9 July 2015.

The programme was held at the Zone C Parking Lot in which up to 3 pots of bubur lambuk cooked by Parliament staff as early as 9 am. Also present were H.E. Senator Tan Sri Abu Zahar Ujang, the President of Senate and Tuan Awang Alik Jeman, the Chief Administrator of Parliament.

In the afternoon, the distribution of bubur lambuk to all Parliament staff was held at the Cafeteria and was officiated by the Chief Administrator of Parliament. Such programme should be continued in the following years as it foster cooperation and strengthen the relationship of the Parliament staff.
