Parliament of Malaysia, 22 July 2015 – The Parliament of Malaysia’s Open House becomes more festive when the Prime Minister, The Right Honourable Dato’ Sri Mohd Najib Tun Abdul Razak attended the open house at the car park of the Parliament Building, today.

Najib, who arrived at 2pm, was greeted by Speaker of the House of Representatives, H.E. Tan Sri Pandikar Amin Mulia, President of the Senate, H.E. Tan Sri Abu Zahar Ujang and Deputy President of the Senate, Hon. Datuk Doris Sophia Brodie.

The Prime Minister spent about 30 minutes at the event enjoying the delicacies and chatting with other guests.

The open house commence from 11am until 4pm was also attended by members of Parliament from the Barisan Nasional and the Opposition.

Also present were several cabinet ministers including Minister in the Prime Minister's Department, Hon. Datuk Seri Shahidan Kassim, Domestic Trade, Cooperatives and Consumerism Minister, Hon. Datuk Seri Hasan Malek and International Trade and Industry Minister, Hon. Datuk Seri Mustapa Mohamed.

Others present included several foreign envoys, parliament officials and local media representatives.
