ORGANISATION CHART OF THE DIVISION

FUNCTION OF THE DIVISION

To manage and administer the building and infrastructure maintenance contracts concerning the Pariament Building and Speakers' Official Residences for Civil & Structure, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering.
To plan, manage, monitor and coordinate the maintenance, restoration and upgrading works for Parliament Building and Speakers' Official Residences for Civil & Structure, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering.
To prepare, process and issue quotation for immediate works for maintenance and upgrading of Parliament Building and Speakers' Official Residences for all Civil & Structure, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering.
To coordinate and manage the logistic preparation for Parliament's official functions.
To prepare the estimated annual budget for all maintenance works for Civil & Structure, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering.
To provide consultation and relevant technical support.
To manage the maintenance of landscape, compound and cleanliness of the building.
To provide professional consultation for contract and quantity survey for development and maintenance projects.
To be the secretariat for the sale of quotation form and provide consultation service to the contract administration secretariat.
To update the cost information for building materials, manpower and plants.
