The
Secretary of the Dewan Rakyat is responsible for the proceedings
of the House and also advises the Speaker on matters regarding
the House during these proceedings.
Duties
also include sending out notices for commencement of meetings,
collating proposals and written enquiries from members, producing
verbatim reports of proceedings, meeting procedures, and also
administrative duties.
